We would like our sales agents to be recognised not just for results, but for their kindness and ability to engage correctly with the public. While no one will receive positive feedback every time, it is inspiring to see people take the time to share when they’ve had a joyful and meaningful interaction. These moments remind us why our industry exists — to create connections that make a difference.

The donor said Christopher was amazing. She shared her experiences with stroke, and he was incredibly empathetic, understanding, and knowledgeable. He ensured she felt comfortable committing to an ongoing donation, emphasising that there was no pressure. Christopher also explained the process for any future changes in circumstances and advised her to contact the details on her welcome pack if needed. She added that after her experience with him, she sees herself donating for at least two years and can’t imagine ever cancelling.
