FAQs
What will my responsibilities be in my role as a Sales Associate?
You will be engaging face-to-face with members of the public on behalf of our clients. Telling our clients story, and acquiring new members/supporters for them. You will have Key-Performance-Indicators to work towards and will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer service & personal administration.
Who will I be Representing?
You will be representing some of Australia’s largest charity brands. These organisations engage companies like ours to help them with their Marketing & Donor/Membership Acquisition. From time-to-time we also work with sporting brands such as the AFL & Paralympics Australia, along with other organisations that are seeking Face-to-Face Marketing services.
Will I be working alone
No. You will be working in a team every day, mostly with your coach. They will be helping you achieve your KPI’s daily and reporting on your progress to the management team.
How many working hours will I have each week?
Our team members generally works 25-40 hours a week. This is largely determined by their availability & their performance.
What if I don’t do well on a particular day?
There is a performance element to what we do, hence why you will have a designated coach helping you through ever step and milestone. We are not reactive to things on a day-to-day basis, we prefer to view performance over the course of a week/month. We feel this gives a far clearer reflection of the effort being put in by each team member.
What does a typical day look like?
On ‘Office Mornings’ we meet in our office for team meetings/training, typically this is at 8am.
Then we get ready for the field and head to our designated ‘Event’. All training in the office is fully paid, as is travel time from office to site.
On ‘Straight to Event’ days we meet at an agreed location with our site partner (usually around 9:30/10am)
We finish our work at roughly 5/5:30pm, do a quick review of our performance and then head home from there
